What is liquidation product?

We buy our product from a variety of sources.  This merchandise can be broken down into three basic categories of quality.

NEW MERCHANDISE

New merchandise becomes available to us as a result of manufacturer overstock, retailer overstock or end of season shelf pulls and total liquidations of businesses. 

REFURBISHED

Refurbished merchandise is like new merchandise.  It was probably a customer return, or it was pulled by the manufacturer during initial quality checks.  It has been returned to original factory specifications and includes all accessories unless otherwise noted.

RETURNS

Did you ever wonder what happens to an item when you return it to a store?  Usually the retailer sells it off to a liquidator.  A high percentage of this merchandise is in new condition, but may be missing some packaging, accessories, etc.  You can save a substantial amount off of the original retail by buying return merchandise.
